Warranty

Innovative Transport Products Inc. warrants the Brake Stroke Light Indicator system to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under proper use, installation, application and maintenance. The responsibility of Innovative Transport Products Inc. under this non-transferable warranty is limited to replacement of part or parts.  Labor charges are not covered by this limited warranty.  All warranty claim submissions must be accompanied by a warranty claim form, or the submission will be declined.

All returns must be inspected prior to a warranty disposition being issued by Innovative Transport Products Inc.  All returns must have transportation charges prepaid by the customer.

This is the only authorized Innovative Transport Products Inc. warranty and is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties or representations, including any implied warranties of merchant-ability or fitness, or of any obligations on the part of Innovative Transport Products Inc.  In no event will Innovative Transport Products Inc. be liable for business interruptions, loss of profits, personal injury, cost of delay, or for any other special, indirect, incidental or consequential losses, costs or damages.

Subject to all of the above conditions, if repair or replacement of any defective part is made by Innovative Transport Products Inc., Innovative Transport Products Inc. will return the repaired or replaced part to the original purchaser with transportation charges prepaid.

At least twice a year the electrical connections must be taken apart and dielectric grease must be added, failure to do so voids any warranty.
